Your Second Phase – Reclaiming work and relationships during and after menopause
The book is divided into five sections, four of which look directly at the impact menopause has on you and those around you. It takes you step by step through the common challenges in each section and how to take control back for yourself. We often underestimate the effect that this life phase has on our relationships whether it be with influential individuals at work, our significant other, our children, future relationships (dating), or most importantly the one with ourselves. But it can run roughshod over all of them.
This book recognises how difficult menopause can be and guides you towards your own solutions.
